摘要 籍助小麦标准品系“中国春”缺四体及双端体进行基因定位,现已将三十多种酶的九十多个位点定位于染色体或染色体臂上.通过对同工酶酶谱的分析,可以判断出个体的基因型,据此可推导出群体中有关基因及基因型频率,进而研究群体的遗传结构. It had been to identify the chromosomal locations of many isozymes structural genes by determining the zymogram phenotypes of both the available Chinese Spring compensating null\|tetrasomic strains and appropriate ditelsomic strains.In this paper,methods of isozymes analysis in genetic structure of population was discussed.\;
