摘要
针对在高效率多结型硅薄膜元件结构设计中无法测出各层短路电流的困难,指出光谱响应/量子效率光谱测试在这方面的应用。利用该项技术,使电池各层在短路电流密度上达到最佳匹配,从而改进制程,提高电池的效率。
This paper points out the application of the spectral response/ quantum efficiency tests in high efficient multi-junction silicon thin film components structural design due to the short circuit current of each layer in the battery can be detected in this technology. The best match on the short circuit current density of each cell layers can be achieved by using this technology to improve the process and efficiency of the battery.
