光纤内层涂料的改性研究

本文利用齐聚物分子修饰和齐聚物复配等方法对环氧丙烯酸酯光纤内层涂料进行了改性研究。测试了改性后涂料的粘度 ,固化速度 ,收缩率 ,固化膜的硬度 ,杨氏模量等性能指标。经测试 ,其性能指标均达到或接近于美国 Desoto公司

Modification of UV curable optical fiber inner coating by oligomers molecular modifying and oligomers blending were discussed in the paper.Viscosity,and curing rate of the modified curable coating were determined,and shrinkage on cure,hardness and modulus of the cured film were characterized.Based on this,the formulation of modified optical fiber inner coating was attained.And its tested characteristics were equal or closed to that of the same variety product of Desoto Company in America in the middle of 1990s.
