摘要
本文综述了近年来国内外几丁质酶系的研究状况及进展 ,简要分析了几丁质酶系的研究热点 ,提出几丁质酶系的研究与开发在农业、工业、食品。
In this paper,we reviewed advances in the research of chitinases and analyzed the items progressing in the research of chitinases today.We found that the chitinases has much more applying future in agriculture,industry,food and medicine industry etc.
