摘要
【目的】探索利用花绒寄甲(Dastarcushelophoroides)防治焉耆盆地林地光肩星天牛(Anoplophoraglabripennis)防治效果,为生产实践中进一步应用提供参考和依据。【方法】在林地中随机选择受光肩星天牛危害准噶尔1#杨,砍伐后依次从下向上按照30cm分段并编号,剖开检查各段中的幼虫数量并分别记录,统计幼虫在树干中的分布高度。分别定量释放花绒寄甲成虫和卵,统计防治效果。【结果】光肩星天牛幼虫主要分布在树干高度1.20—4.50m。花绒寄甲在片林和行道树释放区的防效分别为66.32%-88.19%、48.34%~79.62%,花绒寄甲成虫释放于树干基部和树干胸径部的防效为55.12%~88.19%,花绒寄甲成虫和卵释放区防效分别为48.34~80.75%、65.88%~67.42%。【结论】在焉耆盆地林地片林、行道树释放花绒寄甲成虫后,平均防治效果分别为63.82%和76.85%;释放花绒寄甲卵对光肩星天牛的防治效果为65.88%和67.42%,利用花绒寄甲可有效控制焉耆盆地林地光肩星天牛的危害。
[ Objective ] To explore the control effect of Dastarcus helophoroides to control Anoplophora glabripennis in Yanqi Basin forest land, so as to provide references and basis for the further application in ac- tual production. [ Method ] Junggar No. 1 poplars damaged by Anoplophora glabripennis in woodlands were randomLy chosen and numbered successively from bottom to top in accordance with 30cm section and number, the number of larvae in the open wood was recorded respectively, the larval distribution height in the tree trunk was taken statistics. And then the release capacity of Dastarcus helophoroides adults and eggs was calcu- lated to predict the control effect. [ Result] Anoplophora glabripennis larvae are mainly distributed in the trunk of 1.20 - 4.50 m height range. Dastarcus helophoroides release zone in the forest and roadside tree control effect were 66.32% -88. 19%, 48.34% -79.62%, Dastarcus helophoroides adults released in the stem andtrunk diameter of control effect were 55.12% - 88.19%, Dastarcus helophoroides adults and eggs release zone control effect were 48.34 - 80. 75%, 65.88% - 67.42%. [ Conclusion] To control Anoplophora glabripennis in Yanqi Basin, the average control effect of releasing Dastarcus helophoroides adults in the forest and border trees reached 63.82% and 76. 85% ; and the average control effect of releasing of Dastarcus helophoroides eggs was 65.88% and 67.42%. This study showed that the harm of Anoplophora glabripennis can be effectively controlled with Dastarcus helophoroides in Yanqi Basin.
