家兔小花棘豆中毒与血液生化指标的相关性研究 被引量:11

摘要 【目的】探讨家兔血清生化指标与小花棘豆中毒(Oxytropis glabra DC Poisoning,OgP)的关系,为小花棘豆中毒的诊治提供依据。【方法】以12只小花棘豆中毒家兔与10只正常家兔为研究对象,检测血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-甘露糖苷酶(AMA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)、血糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL-C)含量。采用t检验对两组资料进行差异显著性比较后,再采用简单相关分析方法对各指标与小花棘豆中毒的关系进行分析。【结果】与正常对照相比,小花棘豆中毒家兔血清的AST、ALT、AKP、LDH、MDA、BUN、CRE、GLU、TC、GLO、LDL-C值均极显著升高(P<0.01),AMA、SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、TG和ALB极显著下降(P<0.01),HDL-C值显著下降(P<0.05),TP和VLDL-C含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。与小花棘豆中毒相关的主要因素有AMA、CAT、GLU、LDH、GSH-Px、AKP、TG和CRE,并建立回归方程:OgP=0.714-0.078AMA-0.069CAT+0.038GLU+0.047LDH+0.045AKP。【结论】血清AMA、CAT、GLU、LDH、GSH-Px、AKP、TG和CRE对家兔小花棘豆中毒的早期诊断、治疗、疗效观察和转归判断具有一定参考价值。 [ Objective ] To analyze the relationship between twenty serum biochemical indexes and Oxyt- ropis glabra DC poisoning in rabbits, and to provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Oxytro- pis glabra DC poisoning in animals. [ Method]The activities of AST (aspertate aminotransferase), ALT (ala- nine aminotransferase) , AKP (alkaline phosphatase), LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) , AMA (α- mannosi- dase) , SOD ( superoxide dismutase) , GSH - Px ( glutathione peroxidase) , CAT (catalase) and concentra- tion of MDA (maleic dialdehyde), BUN (blood urea nitrogen), CRE (creatinine), GLU (glucose), TG ( triglyceride), TC ( total cholesterol), TP ( total protein), ALB ( albumin), GLO ( globulin), HDL - C ( high - density lipoprotein cholesterol), LDL - C ( low - density lipoprotein cholesterol), VLDL - C ( very low -density lipoprotein cholesterol) were detected in sera of 12 rabbits eases poisoning of Oxflropis glabraDC and l0 normal rabbits as control. The test was used to analyze differences of the biochemical indexes be- tween the poisoning rabbits and control, then the simple correlation method was used to analyze the relation- ship between indexes and poisoning by Oxytropis glabra DC. [ Result] The results demonstrated that the activi- ty of AST, ALT, AKP, LDH, MDA, BUN, CRE, GLU, TC, GLO, LDL- C in poisoning groups were ex- tremely significant (P 〈 0. 01 ) , and the contents of AMA, SOD, GSH -Px, CAT, TG and ALB in poisoning groups were extremely significantly lower than those of the control group (P 〈 0. 01 ), the content of HDL - C in poisoning groups was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), the content of TP and VLDL - C was not significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〉 O. 05 ). The main indexes relating with Oxytropis glabra DC poisoning (OgP) disease were the activity of AMA, CAT, GLU, LDH, GSH -Px, AKP, TG and CRE, and the stepwise regression equation was as follows: OgP = 0. 714 -0. 078AMA - 0. 069CAT + 0. 038GLU + 0. 047LDH + 0. 045AKP. [ Conclusion] The biochemical indexes including the con- centrations of AMA, CAT, GLU, LDH, GSH - Px, GLO, TG and CRE were of great importance in the early clinical diagnosis, treatment, curative effect observation and outcome judgments of Oxytropis glabra DC poi- soning in rabbits.
