摘要
目的:研究多层螺旋CT对颈部肿物的诊断意义。方法:本文选取自2011年3月到2013年3月期间本院收治的68例颈部肿物患者,对其利用多层螺旋CT扫描后的资料结果进行回顾性分析。结果:在68例患者中,甲状腺肿3例,结节性甲状腺肿5例,甲状腺癌1例,甲状舌管囊肿10例,鳃裂囊肿8例,慢性淋巴结炎7例,淋巴结核2例,恶性淋巴瘤4例,颈部淋巴结转移瘤3例,颈部转移癌3例,神经鞘瘤4例,颈部血管瘤5例,唾液腺混合瘤6例,皮下脂肪瘤4例,颈部动脉体瘤3例。结论:多层螺旋CT对颈部肿物的诊断具有明显作用,可对患部做出准确定位和定性诊断,有助于查找病灶和观察其与邻近结构的关系,对于临床诊断和进一步的治疗有重要意义和价值。
Objective： To study the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT for neck masses. Methods： This paper collected 68 cases of neck masses in patients from 2011 March to 2013 March in our hospital, the use of multi-slice spiral CT scan data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Among the 68 patients, 3 cases of goiter, 5 cases of nodular goiter, 1 case of thyroid carcinoma, 10 cases of thyroglossal duct cyst, 8 cases of branchial cleft cyst, 7 case of chronic lymphadenitis, 2 cases of lymphoid tuberculosis, 4 cases of malignant lymphoma, cervical lymph nodemetastasis in 3 cases, 3 cases metastatic cancer of neck, 4 cases of neurilemmoma, 5 cases of cervical hemangioma, 6 cases of mixed tumor of salivary gland, 4 cases of subcutaneous lipoma, 3 cases of carotid body tumor. Conclusion： The function of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of neck masses is obvious, can make accurate localization and qualitative diagnosis of the affected part, help find lesions and observe its relation with adjacent structures, and has important meaning and value for clinical diagnosis and further treatment
