企业持续发展及其影响因素分析

处于生命周期中的企业,通过创新可以扩大其成长和发展空间,从战略转型中获得成长蜕变,不断推动企业的发展,真正实现企业价值最大化,从而开始一个新的生命周期,最终使企业实现持续发展。本文在总结和归纳已有研究成果的基础上,对企业持续发展的概念和内涵赋予新的内容,并对影响企业持续发展的因素进行了归纳和阐述。

The enterprise in the life cycle can constantly grow from strategic transformation through management innovations in order to continue to extend the life of enterprise and the enterprise development space, thus realizing the maximization of enterprise value, beginning a new life cycle and finally making the sustainable development of enterprise. This paper summarizes the concept and makes the new analysis on connotations of the sustainable development of enterprise. And then the factors af- fecting sustainable development of enterprise are summarized and explained.
