基于企业战略的职工健身休闲模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 企业战略是企业全面发展的谋略,是企业发展中长期计划的纲领。健身休闲活动是企业文化的重要组成部分,对企业发展影响深远。采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,研究职工健身休闲活动与企业战略之间的关系。结果显示,健身休闲活动是企业有效的公关手段和方法,在提升企业凝聚力、提升员工素质、提高工作效率、促进员工社会化、培养员工正向竞争意识等方面有重要意义。最后提出了构建企业健身休闲活动体系模式的对策。 Corporate strategy is a kind of strategy of the overall enterprise development. It is the soul and medium and long-term planning program in the development of enterprises. Fitness leisure activity is an important part of the corporate culture, and has a far-reaching impact on enterprise development. By using the tools of literature and questionnaire survey, the paper is to study the relationship between employee recreational activities and corporate strategy. Results show that fitness leisure activities are effective means and methods of enterprise public relations. It has an important meaning on the promotion of enterprise co- hesion, the improvement of staff competency, socialization and work efficiency, and the cultivation of positive competition consciousness. It also plays a supplementary role of the implementation of enterprise strategy. Meanwhile, the paper proposes the countermeasures of constructing the system model of enterprise fitness leisure activities.
