区域旅游产业结构评价与优化策略

随着旅游业的快速发展和旅游消费需求的不断变化,旅游业内部各要素发展不协调、资源配置不合理问题日益突出,严重制约了区域旅游业的可持续发展。区域旅游产业结构的评价要以可持续为原则,以旅游产业结构的合理性、高级化以及生态性为依据,通过构建区域旅游产业结构评价体系,利用偏离-份额、结构生产力等方法,从经济、社会和生态环境三个方面进行评价。通过分析,本文认为可以通过产品升级,改善要素内部结构,完善要素薄弱环节,优化地域产业结构,推动产业集约化发展,健全公共服务体系,加大产业技术创新力度来实现区域产业结构的优化。

With the rapid development of the tourism sector and constant changes of tourism consumption demand, the inconsistency of various factors and irrationality of resource allocations within the tourism sector has become increasingly noticeable, which has restricted the sustainability of the regional tourism sector. The evaluation of regional tourism structure should be based on sustainability, rationality, superiority and ecological friendliness. By establishing the evaluation system of regional tourism structure and adopting the shift-share analysis and structure and productivity economically, socially and ecologically, this paper proposes that the optimization of regional tourism sector can be achieved through upgrading products, improving internal structure, perfecting weak links, optimizing regional industrial structure, promoting industrial intensification, bettering public service system and enhancing technological innovation.
