用Excel工作表确定患者治疗等中心的应用方法

Application Method for Determining Patients' Treatment Isocenter by Using Excel Worksheet

根据LAP DORADO 3激光系统坐标系和治疗坐标系的转换关系,使用Excel的公式编辑功能制作了专用的Excel工作表。在工作表中输入相关原始数据,可自动得到LAP激光灯和CT扫描床的最终位置数据。然后根据最终位置数据驱动激光灯和CT扫描床移动,从而确定放疗患者的治疗等中心。本文介绍了使用上述专用Excel工作表确定放疗患者治疗等中心的具体应用方法。使用上述工作表,可减少手动计算工作量,避免手动计算错误的发生,有效提高工作效率。

According to the transformation relationship between the LAP DORADO 3 laser system coordinates and treatment coordinates, a specialized Excel worksheet was designed by using the formula editing function. The final position data of the LAP laser lights and CT scanning table can be obtained automatically, as long as corresponding raw data are input into the specialized Excel worksheet. Then the laser lights and CT scanning table can be driven to shift with the final position data, and the treatment isocenter for patients with radiotherapy can be determined. This paper introduces the application method for determining treatment isocenter for patients with radiotherapy, by using the specialized Excel worksheet. It can reduce the manual calculation workload, avoid occurrence of manual calculation errors, and improve the work efficiency effectively, by using the above worksheet.
