彩超与钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌的对照研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨彩超与钼靶X线在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法以病理诊断为金标准,对55例乳腺癌患者(56个病灶)术前彩超与钼靶X线的检查资料进行回顾性研究,对比分析彩超与钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌的准确性。结果通过钼靶X线检查,可疑或确诊乳腺癌47例;通过彩超检查,可疑或确诊乳腺癌52例。钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为71.4%(40/56)、92.8%(52/56)、83.9%(47/56);彩超诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为89.2%(50/56)、94.6%(53/56)、92.8%(52/56)。结论彩超和钼靶X线在乳腺痛诊断中各有优势,彩超诊断乳腺癌的准确性高于钼靶X线(P<0.05),两者结合可以提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性。 Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum X-ray photography in diagnosing breast cancer. Methods The results of color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum X-ray photography of 56 lesions of 55 patients with breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively to compare the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum X-ray photography in diagnosing breast cancer by regarding pathological diagnosis as golden criterion. Results 47 lesions with suspected and diagnosed cancers were diagnosed by molybdenum X-ray photography and 52 lesions with suspected and diagnosed cancers were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of molybdenum X-ray photography in diagnosing breast cancer were 71.4%,92.8%,83.9%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound were 89.2%, 94.6%,and 92.8, respectively. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum X-ray photography have their own advantages in the diagnosis of breast cancer while the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound is higher than that of molybdenum X-ray photography. The combination of color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum X-ray photography can improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.
