摘要
文章通过对工程和创新内涵的分析,总结创新型应用人才所应具备的素质,并根据创新型工程人才的成长规律从提高工科学生工程意识和责任感、工程实践能力和工程创新能力等三个方面探讨培养卓越工程师后备人才的教学理念,以期为相应的教学改革与实施提供参考。
Through analyzing the connotations ot engmeenng ano lnnovauo//, tttu I Japer concludes the qualities of innovative applied talents, and based on the growth rule of innovative engineers to explore the teaching ideas for training excellent engineers and backup talents, from three aspects that improve engineering students'engineering awareness and sense of responsibility, engineering practice ability and innovation, in or der to provide reference for the relevant reform and implement.
