摘要 学生评教结果应用是高校教师教学评价中的关键环节,其运用恰当与否直接影响评教工作的效果。C学院调查表明,高校内部各群体不能完全信任评教结果的客观性;对如何公开评教结果分歧明显;对评教结果是否与教师人事决策挂钩争议最大;评教结果用于改进教学的效果不明显。学校需从细致检测、合理反馈、慎重使用等方面加以改进,有效提高学生评教结果应用的合理性。 The application of students" evaluation result of teaching is a key link in the evaluation of teaching in universities and colleges. Whether it is used appropriate or not directly affects the effect of teaching evaluation. The investigation in C University shows that groups in colleges and universities cant fully trust the objectivity of evaluation results; there is obvious divergence on how to open the evaluation results; the most controversial is whether the evaluation results link to the personnel decision; it is not obvious for evaluation re sults used in improving the teaching. Universities and colleges should improve from careful testing, reasonable feedback, prudent using, effectively improve the rationality of the application of students' evaluation.
