摘要
"大学生创新性实验计划"作为高等教育培养创新性人才的重要举措,其中对指导教师的评价考核是该项目学校组织管理体系的组成部分,对推动该计划规范、有效实施发挥着重要作用。文章通过建立指标评价和学生评价这两种方式对指导教师进行评价考核,并揭示出指导教师评价动态性及共性和个性相结合的特点,对指导教师如何开展计划有重要意义。
The ＂ Undergraduate Innovative Pilot Projects＂ is an important measure to cultivate innova tive talents in higher education. Among it, as the part of school organizational management system, the evalu ation and assessment of supervisors plays an important role in promoting the specification and effective imple mentation of the projects. Through establishing evaluation indicator and students＇assessment, the paper tries to evaluate supervisors, and reveals dynamic and the characteristics by the combination of both the common and personality at the same time. which has great significance for supervisors to carry out the projects.
