摘要
为研究某火箭炮发射过程中动力学响应情况,利用有限元软件ABAQUS和多体动力学软件ADAMS建立该火箭炮发射装置刚柔耦合动力学模型,研究了发射过程中火箭弹与定向管复杂的接触碰撞作用,综合考虑定向管、俯仰轴、发射装置底座柔性变形以及燃气流冲击等因素对发射装置动态响应的影响。分析结果表明,利用刚柔耦合模型能够有效模拟火箭炮发射过程中的动力学响应,对于减小发射过程起始扰动和提高射击精度具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
In order to study the dynamic response of the rocket launcher, a coupled rigid and flexible model based on FEA software ABAQUS and computational dynamics of multi-body systems software ADAMS was used to simulate the dynamic process. The complicated impact action between rocker projectile and launch tube was researched, and the factors that have influence on the dynamic process, such as launch tube distortion, pitching spindle distortion, base of launcher distortion, impact caused by jet flow, etc. were considered and analyzed. The study results demonstrated that the coupled rigid and flexible model has a great capability for simulating launch process and studying the launch dynamic response of rocket launcher. Simulation study can provide theoretical support and references for reducing initial disturbance and improving the firing accuracy.
