碳纳米管对铅酸电池负极性能影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文研究了不同类型及不同含量的碳纳米管添加于铅酸蓄电池负极后,对极板表面形貌及电池性能的影响。实验表明,碳纳米管可促进活性物质均匀分布,并可形成有效的三维导电网络;3种碳纳米管均可提高电池性能,电池初容量最多可提高6.8%。在低温-15℃下容量最多可提高20.7%。并可有效地提高电池的容量保持率。 This article introduces the effect of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) with different form and content to the morphology of plate and the performance of lead-acid battery.Experimental results show that CNTs can promote uniform distribution of the active material,and form three dimensional conductive network.All of the three types of CNTs can enhance battery performance.The initial capacity can be improved by 6.8 %,and the capacity under temperature of-15 ℃ can be increased by 20.7 % at most.And the capacity retention ratio of lead-acid battery can be effectively improved.
