正交试验设计法优选复方沙棘油凝胶剂基质的配方 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨以卡波姆为主要原料复方沙棘油凝胶剂基质的配方。方法:采用正交实验法,以卡波姆-940,甘油、丙二醇配比和pH值为因素,每因素三水平,以凝胶在60℃水浴中的颜色变化时间及外观性状的综合评价为指标,用L9(34)正交表进行实验,优选出复方沙棘油凝胶剂基质配方。结果:复方沙棘油凝胶剂基质最优配方为卡波姆-940 0.9%,甘油:丙二醇为4%:4%,pH值为6.5。结论:此基质具有凝胶剂的特性,洁白、细腻富有光泽、极易涂布和洗除,无刺激且稳定,可作为复方沙棘油凝胶剂的良好基质。 Objective: To optimize the matrix formulation of compound sea buckthorn oil gel.Methods:The orthogonal design was used to investigate the effect of the ratio of carbomer-940, glycerinum and propylene glycol, the pH of gel. It can be a comprehensive evaluation indicators that the time of color change in the 60℃ water and external properties of the gel to optimize the matrix formulation of compound sea buckthorn oil gel by L9 (3*) orthogonal array.Results:The optimal formulation of compound sea buckthorn oil gel was 0.9% carbomer-940,4% glycerinum: 4% propylene glycol,the pH 6.5.Conclusion: The matrix has the gels characteristics of white, delicate, rich luster coated and easily rinsed, which can be used as good matrix compound sea buckthorn oil gel.
