联氨化学镀制备纯Ni包覆ZrO_2粉末的热力学分析

THERMODYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF PREPARATION OF PURE Ni COATING ON ZrO_2 POWDER BY HYDRAZINE ELECTROLESS

摘要 研究联氨作为还原剂,乙二胺四乙酸二钠与酒石酸钠联合使用作为复合络合剂的化学镀镍的热力学分析,本文以纯Ni包覆ZrO2的化学镀实验为例进行了热力学分析,通过理论计算各个反应的△G,判断其应用条件是可行的,最后用实验进行了实际验证,证实了热力学分析的可行性与可靠性。 Thermodynamic analysis of chemical nickel plating was realized with hydrazine as reducing agent, EDTA disodium and sodium tartrate as complexing agent. Meanwhile, ther- modynamic analysis of chemical plating of pure Ni coating on ZrO2 powder was carried out, by calculating △G of each reaction to determine the feasibility of the application conditions. Finally, the feasibility and reliability of the thermodynamic analysis was experimentally con- firmed.
