摘要 用硬质合金YG6和高速钢W18Cr4V为切削刀具,研究了碳化硅颗粒增强ZL201复合材料中的碳化硅颗粒含量及其尺寸等参数对切削加工性能的影响。试验结果表明:碳化硅颗粒尺寸越大、碳化硅含量越多,对刀具的磨损速度越快;在相同材料、相同切削条件下,高速钢比硬质合金刀具磨损速度快;碳化硅颗粒粗大,加工工件表面粗糙度大,且随颗粒含量的增加而增大,而碳化硅颗粒细小时,加工表面粗糙度较小,且随着颗粒含量的增加而减小。探讨了刀具磨损机理,认为复合材料对刀具的磨损属磨粒磨损。 In this paper uses hard alloy YG6 and high-speed steel W18Cr4V are used as cutting tool to research the content increase of carborundum grain of alloy Zl201 and its size etc as a result having an influence upon its cutting performance. The test result shows that the greater the carborundum grain size, the more the carborundum content, the faster the tools wearing and tearing; under the same cutting condition, using the same material,the high-speed steel tool wears and tears faster than the hard alloy steel; the greater the carborundum grain, the poorer the surface of workpiece machined. Conversely, the smaller the carborundum grain, the better the surface of workpiece machined. Moreover, this paper also goes further into the mechanical machining principles of cutting and regards the tool wearing and tearing as the grain wearing and tearing.
