In Oct., China＇s primary aluminum output increased by 5% MOM, setting up a new record of 1.951 millon tons （increasing by 11.87% YOY）. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region ranked No. 1 with aluminum output of 285.965 thousand tons in Oct., and Henan Province followed with aluminum output of 284.665 thousand tons. From Jan. to Oct. 2013, China＇s primary aluminum output was 18.161 millon tons, increasing by 9.2% YOY.
