摘要
根据三角模糊数的概念,构造待购并企业的模糊判断矩阵,再利用FuzzyAHP法对侯选购并目标进行排序,从而为企业选择合理的目标购并对象提供一种新的评价方法。
According to the concept of the triangular Fuzzy number,this paper forms the Fuzzy ma-trix of merger enterprise then uses the Fuzzy method to arrange the order of enterprises and finds out the best object.Finally,it puts forward a new evaluating method to select the best in enterprise merger.
