In this paper,we have introduced the detective method of block liquor consistency,using differential transformer theory,which is in pulping process of paper_making industry.By measuring the density and temperature of block liquor,we can use the method to gain the vlue of baume. With the characterestics of on_line and real_time,the method gives assurance for sodas vecovery and the optimal control of pulping process.
