腰椎终板Modic Ⅱ型面积改变率与慢性下腰痛之间的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究腰椎终板ModicⅡ型面积改变率与慢性下腰痛之间的相关性。方法检测45例ModicⅡ型患者的腰椎终板面积改变率,并采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)来评估慢性下腰痛的程度。结果所有45例ModicⅡ型患者均进行MRI检查后,统计得出Modic改变率为(15.13±10.75)%,计算VAS评分为(3.90±0.40)分,ModicⅡ型患者的面积改变率与VAS评分经Pearson相关分析,呈正相关性(r=0.31,P<0.05)。结论腰椎终板ModicⅡ型面积改变率与慢性下腰痛之间具有正相关性,即终板面积改变率越大,患者下腰痛程度越严重。 Objective To study the relationship between the change area rate of Modic II of lumbar endplate and chron-ic low back pain (CLBP). Methods The change rate of lumbar endplate area of 45 Modic Ⅱcases was detected and vi-sual analogue scale (VAS) was used to assess the degree of CLBP. Results All 45 cases of Modic Ⅱpatients underwent MRI examination, the ModicⅡarea change rate was (15.13±10.75)%, VAS score was (3.90±0.40). Pearson correlation analysis showed that Modic Ⅱ area change rate and VAS scores were positively related (r=0.31, P〈0.05). Conclusion Modic Ⅱ area change rate and the CLBP are positively related. The larger of endplate Modic Ⅱ area change rate is, the more severity in patients with low back pain.
