摘要
在现行专业技术人员考评方案量化分析不足的基础上,优化与细化考核指标体系;引入处理模糊不确定问题的新方法———集对分析原理,建立数学模型,进行量化考核。使定性考评定量化,精细化、明朗化,提高考评工作的可操作性与科学合理性。
The paper on the basis of the short comings of the analysis the present checking method about special technicians,optimum selects and meticulous analyse the checking index system,recommends the set pair analysis principle in order to solve the indeterminable problem,and finds the mathematical model.In this way,the checking's result becomes more quantitatively,precisely and clearly,The manipulation and scientificalness of the checking work will also be improved.
