腹透相关性腹膜炎的临床特征及防治对策 被引量：1

摘要 在临床工作中发现腹膜透析相关性并发症会直接影响腹透治疗的效果，其中腹透相关性腹膜炎是腹透最常见的并发症，尤其反复发作的腹膜炎，更可导致患者腹膜功能丧失、残余肾功能下降，严重者甚至还会危及生命安全。有资料表明，约16％死亡病例与腹膜炎相关，
