摘要
本文对常用IGBT驱动模块EXB841,UC3726/UC3727,IR2130进行了分析比较,给出了典型应用电路及选用方法.
The common IGBT drivers-EXB841.UC3726/3727,IR2130 have been analyzed and compared in this paper,and the typical application circuits and selection method have been proposed.
