摘要
肾素—血管紧张素系统(RAS)分为循环血浆RAS与局部组织RAS两大类.局部组织RAS有其独立性,不依赖于血浆RAS.其作用机制是AⅡ促进内皮细胞合成与释放内皮素,它有很强烈的缩血管作用,向中枢内注射血管紧张素Ⅱ、可引起动脉血压升高,在自发性高血压大鼠的脑组织、心血管组织内AⅡ含量显著增加,但循环血浆内AⅡ增加不明显.
Renin-Angiotensin system (RAS) is divided into two kinds: circulatory pisma RAS and local tissue RAS. The locall tissue RAS is independent of the plasma RAS. The periphetal pressor effect of All which can promote release of endothelin form theondthelial cells is induced be the endothelin elociting very strong vascular contracion. Angiotensin 11 (ALL) microinjecd into the cerebrovntricle of rabbits elicited increase of arterial blood pressure. The ALL contents in the brain tissue and cardiovascular tissues of SHR(sponaneously hypertensive rat) were markedly increased,but ALL content in plasma showed no significant increase.
