摘要
文章运用文献资料法,综述国内外有关网球运动对人体健康体适能的影响.结果表明,长期从事网球运动可以给身体带来很多实际的健康改善,主要表现在心肺适能、肌肉力量和耐力显著增强,此外还可改善人体的体成分、柔韧性,增强抵抗力,从而减少疾病的发生.
Based on liferature review, this paper sum up the effects of tennis exercise on health related physi- cal fitness at home and abroad. The results showed that the long-term the tennis exercise can bring to the body of many actual health improvement, mainly in cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength and significant endurance increases. Moreover it also can improve body composition, flexibility, strengthen resistance, so as to reduce the incidence of diseases.
