图书馆全开架借阅最棘手的问题及对策分析——以新建地方高校图书馆为例

The Most Troublesome Problem of Full Open-shelf Reading in Library and Its Countermeasure Analysis—— Taking the Library of LocaL New-built University as an Example

高校图书馆全开架借阅具有无可比拟的优越性,但却使图书的乱架率大幅度增加,由此加大了图书馆书库工作人员的劳动强度,提高了图书的拒借率,也在一定程度上降低了图书馆的整体形象。图书馆应从学生和图书馆员两个角度入手解决乱架这一棘手难题。

Full open-shelf reading of university library, has the incomparable advantages, but the disor- dered rate of book has significantly increased. Adding to the intensity of library staff and increasing the refusal rate of books to a certain extent reduces the overall image of the library. The library can solve this troublesome problem from students and the librarians.
