我国成人高等教育模式的困境与突围

Predicament and Innovation of Adult Higher Education Mode in China

我国成人高等教育的办学模式具有明显趋同普通高等教育的特征,形成的"山寨普教"模式面临地位模糊、管理机制混乱,生源不断萎缩、招生日益困难,教学质量不高、存在信誉危机等困境。为顺应成人教育发展的趋势,我国成人高等教育应坚持以职业教育为主导、以质量管理为基础、以终身教育为核心、以国家政策为保障,探索基于终身教育理念、符合学习型社会要求的创新模式。

Adult higher education has an obvious tendency of copying the example of general higher educa- tion in terms of running mode, which leads to its present predicament of a vague self-identification, an in- competent management mechanism, an increasingly shrinking enrollment, a declination in teaching quali- ty, and a crisis of credibility. In order to comply with the trend of development of adult education, the a- dult higher education should stick to the idea of life-long education, focus on vocational education, pay ad- equate attention to teaching quality, make full use of national policies for the protection, and explore an in- novative model to satisfy the needs of a learning society.
