摘要
在经济全球化和改革开放30多年来的社会经济结构转型的影响下,社会价值观出现了多元化的态势,我国德育工作面临着前所未有的冲击与挑战。"三贴近"原则(贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近学生)是德育理论联系实际的切入点。德育工作创新要坚持三贴近原则,需要切合实际地提出德育工作创新的内容和途径,将德育规范与充分满足学生的成才需要有机结合起来,从而使学生得到有效地帮助,并能解决他们思想上的一些问题,提高德育工作的实效性和针对性。
In the economic globalization and more than 30 years of reform and opening up the social and e- conomic structure transformation and with the influence of diversified social values, the moral education work in China is facing unprecedented challenges. The "three close" (close to reality, to life and to students) principle is the breakthrough point which bridges the theories with the practice of moral educa- tion. The improvement of moral education requires a tight hold to the principle to meet the growth of the talents, hence to get promotion in its effectiveness and pertinence.
