摘要
高层次人才队伍建设是高职院校实施"人才强校"战略,提升内涵建设水平的重要保证。在阐述高职院校开展高层次人才队伍建设的必要性和发展定位的基础上,针对当前高层次人才队伍建设中存在的问题,提出了培养与引进并举的建设思路。
The construction of high-leveled talent teams is an important guarantee for higher vocational col- leges to implement ＂strengthening school by talents＂ strategies and to promote talents＇s abilities. This pa- per, based ona specific explanation of the necessity and significance of this construction in higher vocation- al colleges, puts forward a constructive idea of putting equal emphasis on talent cultivation and talent in- troduction to the solve present problems and unveils the implication of this dual-purposed policy.
