Recent clinical manifestations of pediatric scarlet fever: analysis of 79 Cases

目的探讨猩红热的最新临床特点。方法对79例猩红热患儿的临床资料进行分析。结果 79例中发现临床表现趋向轻症化、皮疹不典型化,而初诊为过敏性皮疹8例,扁桃体炎4例,病毒疹3例(风疹1例),湿疹3例,传染性单核细胞增多症1例误诊,第2次发病2例。结论应提高对猩红热最新临床特征的辩别认识,尽早行辅助检查以减少误诊。

Objective To investigate recent clinical manifestations of pediatric scarlet fever in recent years. Methods The clinical data from 79 children with scarlet fever were analyzed. Results Scarlet fever children had a tendency toward mild clinical manifestation and atypical skin rashes. In the 79 cases ,8 were initially misdiagnosed as allergic skin rashes, 4 amygdalitis, 3 viral exanthema, 1 rubella, 3 eczema, 1 infectious mononucleosis. 2 recurred for the second time. Conclusion Differential diagnosis of recent clinical manifestations in children with scarlet fever should be improved, and auxiliary examination should be made as early as possible in order to reduce misdiagnosis.
