摘要
阐述毕节试验区中小企业的现状,并在分析毕节试验区中小企业在激励员工方面存在问题的基础上,提出了相应的激励策略:构建合理、公平、具有竞争力的薪酬制度;营造良好的工作氛围;采取多样化的激励方式。
Introducing to the current situation of small and mediu-sized enterprise in Bijie experimental region and putting forward the corresponding incentive strategies on the analysis of the problems of small and mediu-sized enterprise employees incentive,this paper proposes a reasonable,fair and competitive salary sys- tem, creating a good working atmosphere and taking a variety of incentives.
