This paper makes a dialectic analysis and exposition on the present situation of professional morality (hereinafter referred to as PM) among young university teachers (hereinafter referred to as YUT) Moreover it sets forth some questions on the PM among YUT at the turn of the century, holding that ideology and consciousness of PM are vital to the construction; dedication and sense of responsibility are the ultimate aims of the construction; actual practice and optimized environment are the material guarantee of the construction.
