摘要
对于圆柱度在0.001mm之内,表面光洁度在?13以上的精密轴承外环孔的加工,在精加工之后还需要进行精密加工。一般珩磨难以保证加工要求,而且对单件或少量生产,珩磨并不经济。为此,本文是以研磨专用轴承外环孔为例,着重论述弹性研磨头的结构和特点及设计要求,研磨孔的工作原理,磨料、研磨剂和研磨用量的选择,研磨时应注意的事项。
Hole machining for outer ring of precision bearings with the out of cylindri-city below 0.001mm and surface finish above V13 needs precision process afterfinishing machining. Ordinarily, honing connot secure the working demands andfor production of jot--lot or small batch does not be economical. Noticing here,we use lapping and bath good technical economical benefits are gotten. In this article, we taking lapping process fot hole of special bearings' outerrings(fig.1) discuss the structure of elastic elapping head, lapping abrasive,lapping compound and the selection of lapping parameters; some remarks in theprocess are provided also.
