两种负压吸引器用于终止早期妊娠的随机对照临床观察

A randomized comparative study on two methods of vacuum aspiration for termination of early pregnancy

目的：观察手动和电动负压吸引器终止早孕的临床效果。方法：将妊娠35—60d要求人工流产的妇女随机分为两组，观察组880例，使用手动负压吸引器（手动组）；对照组800例，使用电动负压吸引器（电动组），两组均不采用任何镇痛方法，仅给予心语疏通服务。观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛程度、人工流产综合反应发生率、术后离站时间及人工流产不全发生率。结果：术中出血量、手术时间和流产不全发生率两组比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。疼痛程度手动组轻于电动组（P〈0．01）；人工流产综合反应发生率手动组低于电动组（P〈0．05）；术后离站时间手动组短于电动组（P〈0．01）。结论：手动负压吸引术具有安全有效和术时疼痛程度轻和术后离站时间短等优点，有较好的临床应用前景。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of two methods of vacuum aspiration for termination of early pregnancy. Methods： Pregnancy women with 35 to 60 days of gestation seeking for induced abortion were randomly allocated into two groups. Eight hundred and eighty women were in the manual group. And eight hundred women were in the electric group. No medicines were given for pain releasing. Vocal local service was provided to both groups. The duration of operation, amount of bleeding, degree of pain, incidence of abortion syndrome, duration of post - abortion recovery and incidence of incomplete a- bortion were observed. Results： There were no significant statistical differences between the two groups in the amount of bleed- ing, duration of operation and incidence of incomplete abortion （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with the electric group, the degree of pain was much less （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the incidence of abortion syndrome was lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） and duration of post - abortion re- covery was shorter （P 〈 0.01 ） in manual group. Conclusion： Induced abortion performed with manual vacuum aspiration is a safe, effective and fordable alternative. It could be used more pooular.
