基层医护人员手卫生状况及其影响因素的分析

Analysis of Primary Medical Staff's Hand Hygiene Conditions and Influencing Factors

目的:了解影响基层医护人员执行手卫生依从性原因,探索提高手卫生依从性的措施。方法:自行设计"医护人员手卫生依从性调查表",自2012年7-12月笔者所在医院感染科专职人员每天早上轮流到5个病区查房,采取直接观察法,对全院临床科室91名医护人员的手卫生依从性进行调查。结果:因手卫生的设施不完善,人力资源缺乏、手卫生意识低等原因,笔者所在医院医护人员的手卫生依从性只有23.4%。结论:改善手卫生设施,增强医护人员手卫生意识,加大监管力度,才能提高医务人员的手卫生依从性。

[ Abstract ] Objective： To acquaintance the reasons of influencing primary medical staff＇s hand hygiene compliance and explore the measures of enhancing hand hygiene compliance.Method： Designed a ＂Questionnaire of Medical Staff＇s Hand Hygiene Compliance＂ independently.From July to December of 2012, the full-time staff in the Nosocomial Infection Department raked turns to 5 ward rounds every morning, adopted a direct observation method to investigate the hand hygiene compliance of more than 150 medical staff in clinical departments of the hospital.Result： The hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff in the hospital were just 23.4%, because of the imperfect equipment of hand hygiene, lack of the human resources and lack of the consciousness of hand hygiene.Conclusion： To increase hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff, we should improve our hand hygiene facilities, strengthen the consciousness of medical staff hand hygiene and increase supervision.
