艾灸在混合痔术后尿潴留患者护理中的应用

The Application of Moxibustion in Nursing of Patients with Urinary Retention after Surgery of Mixed Hemorrhoid

目的:观察艾灸气海穴、关元穴、中极穴对混合痔术后患者尿潴留的影响。方法:将接受混合痔外剥内扎术治疗的患者110例按手术先后顺序的单双号分为观察组(n=56)和对照组(n=54)。对照组采用常规会阴部冲洗、听流水声、小腹按摩、热敷等,观察组采用艾灸气海穴、关元穴、中极穴,观察两组患者排尿情况。结果:两组临床总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸气海穴、关元穴、中极穴对混合痔术后患者尿潴留疗效显著,方法简单,无不良反应。

[ Abstract ] Objective： To observe the effect of moxibustion on acupuncture points of Qihai, Guanyuan and Zhongji for postoperative urinary retention in patients with mixed hemorrhoid.Method： A total of 110 patients with mixed hemorrhoid received the treatment of external strip internal plunge surgery, and all patients were divided into the observation group（n=56） and the control group（n=54） by the odd or even number of the operation.The control group used the conventional method of flushing perineal, listening to the sound of water, massaging the lower abdomen, and compressing hotly ; while the observation group used moxibustion on acupuncture points of Qihai, Guanyuan and Zhongji, and the situation of urination in the two groups were observed.Result： The difference of the total clinical effective rates of the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Moxibustion on acupuncture points of Qihai, Guanyuan and Zhongji has significant curative effect for postoperative urinary retention in patients with mixed hemorrhoid, and this method is simple, and it doesn＇ t have any bad reaction.
