摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对风湿性关节炎患者减轻疼痛的影响。方法:选取2012年2月-2013年2月收治的89例风湿性关节炎患者进行护理研究,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(48例)和对照组(41例),其中试验组患者采用综合性的护理干预,对照组进行常规护理,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果:两组患者的护理效果对比,试验组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对风湿性关节炎患者进行综合性护理干预,能够有效地减轻患者的疼痛,值得临床推广应用。
[ Abstract ] Objective： To investigate the effect of alleviating pain by nursing intervention for patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Method： From February 2012 to February 2013, 89 patients from our hospital were selected to nursing with rheumatoid arthritis.They were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, 48 cases of experimental group were treated by comprehensive nursing intervention, 41 cases of control group with routine nursing, the nursing effect of two groups were observed.Result： Compared the nursing effect of two groups, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Adopting comprehensive nursing in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, can effectively alleviat patients＇ pain.It＇s worthy to be popularized and applied for its curative effect.
