摘要
目的:观察小夹板治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法:选取110例肱骨髁上骨折患者均采用中医手法复位和小夹板外固定,复位前后摄X线片进行对比复位效果。结果:本组110例骨折患者中,无移位骨折不统计在内,有移位骨折者91例中,优71例,良17例,可2例,差1例,总优良率为94.50%,远期优良率为96.70%。结论:小夹板固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折具有疗效好及肘关节功能恢复好等优点,是一种优越的固定治疗方法,具有显著的经济效益和良好的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of small splint in treatment of humerus condyle fracture.Method： Choose 110 cases of humerus condyle fracture patients in all cases by manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine and small splint external fixation, pat X ray film were compared before and after reset.Result： 110 cases of patients with fracture of undisplaced fractures are not counted, have displaced fractures in 91 cases, 71 cases, 17 eases, can be in 2 cases, 1 case of poor, always fine rate was 94.50%.The forward fine rate was 96.70%.Conclusion： On the small splint fixation for humeral condyle fracture has the advantages of good curative effect and elbow joint function recovery, is a superior fixed treatment, has significant economic benefit and good clinical effect, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
