复方珍珠含片制备工艺的初步研究

摘要 目的:探讨研究在传统珍珠丸方剂的基础上结合现代技术制备复方珍珠含片的工艺。方法:以传统古方"珍珠丸"为基础,采用"正交设计"对工艺条件进行优化,观察浸膏收率等各类主要成分含量,同时结合加水量、煮沸时间等来分析其对成分的影响,从而达到在优化原方剂的同时又易于含服的药剂。结果:60%的醇溶液浓度,总分最高,收膏率与醇浓度成反比,而甘草酸含量却升高,梓醇无明显变化,与其他浓度的醇溶液的甘草酸含量、分值以及总分、收膏率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);醇沉对草酸含量影响较小,而梓醇含量明显下降;加入乳糖的制片成型较好,而加入木糖醇成型率最低。结论:综合文中的研究方法与结果,可初步明确制备复方珍珠含片的主要环节以及最大限度保持有效成分剂量的方法,在对原方剂的主要成分充分保留的同时,制成含片便于患者服用。 [ Abstract ] Objective: To explore the research on the basis of traditional pearl pill formula combined with modern technology to prepare the compound pearl buccal tablet.Method : Based on the traditional ancient prescription "pearl pill", optimized the process conditions by the orthogonal design.The Extract rate and other kinds of main component content were observed, meanwhile analyzed the impact of components which were combined with added water and boiling time. So as to achieve the optimization of the original formula at the same time easy to suck it.Result: 60% of the alcohol concentration was the best in the extraction of effective components.Glycyrrhizic acid content was increased, but Catalpa alcohol had no obvious change.60% of the alcohol concentration compared with other concentration of alcohol solution, differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Alcohol precipitation had little effect on the content of oxalic acid, and catalpa alcohol content decreased obviously.Film forming good for adding lactose production.Conclusion: Summarized the research methods and results of this paper, the main steps of preparation of compound pearl buccal tablet and the method of maximum keep the effective components of dose can be clear.Not only it can retain the original main drug ingredients, but also it's convenient for patients to take by made buccal tablet.
