脉通口服液质量标准的研究

Study on Quality standard'of Maitong Oral Liquid

目的:制定脉通口服液(葛根,丹参)的质量标准。方法:用TCL鉴别制剂中葛根、丹参;采用HPLC法测定葛根素的含量。结果:TLC色谱中均能明显的检出葛根、丹参;HPLC法测得葛根素含量2.2920mg/ml,平均回收率为99.14%,RSD为1.51%(n=5)。定性、定量方法简便,准确,专属性强。结论:建立的方法能有效地控制脉通口服液的质量。

Objective：To establish the method for quality control of Mai Tong Oral Liquid （Pueerarin;Protocatechuicaldehude）. Meth-ods;Puerarin;Protocatechuicaldehude in this medicine were identified by TCL.The content of Puerarin in this medicine was determined by HPLC.Results;Puerarin;Protocatechuicaldehude could be identified by TCL.The content of Puerarin was determined by HPLC was 2.2920mg/ml.The average recovery was99.14%and RSD was 1.51%（n=5）.Conclusion：The method was simple,accurate and with strong specificity and can be used for the quality control of Mai Tong Oral Liquid.
