口外弓支抗远移磨牙疗效的X线头影测量分析

Cephalometric Research on Distalizating Upper Molars with Facebow

目的:观察口外弓作为支抗推第一磨牙远移矫治上颌Ⅱ度牙列拥挤患者的矫治效果。方法:应用口外弓支抗推磨牙向后矫治患者26例,治疗前后拍摄正中咬牙合位X线头颅侧位定位片,以头影测量方法评价治疗效果。结果:所有病例均获成功矫治,上颌第一磨牙平均远中移动4.23 mm(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:口外弓支抗推磨牙远移效果可靠,但是需要患者很好的配合。

Objective：To analyse the effects of treating moderately crowded malocclusion by distalizating upper molars with facebow. Methods：Twenty-six patients were treated with distalizing maxillary molars. Cephalometric radiography was employed to evaluate the effects. Results：All cases were treated successfully. The upper first molar moved 4.23mm distally after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion： Facebow was effective at controlling the anchorage in treating moderately crowded malocclusion on upper dentition by distalizating upper molars.
