摘要
目的:分析动物模型口腔种植体周围炎龈沟液中IL-6、NF-κB的表达情况。方法:选取5只成年杂种犬,每只犬全麻下拔除下颌前磨牙,即刻植入种植体,植入3个月确定骨结合后,丝线栓结法建立实验性动物口腔种植体周围炎模型,ELISA方法测量出种植体周围炎模型建立前后IL-6、NF-κB的含量并进行分析。结果:种植体周围炎模型建立后骨缺损呈楔形吸收;健康种植体周围龈沟液中检测到极少量IL-6及少量NF-κB;种植体周围炎龈沟液中检测到较多IL-6和NF-κB含量。结论:丝线栓结法可成功建立与临床实际近似的种植体周围炎模型。IL-6、NF-κB参与实验性动物口腔种植体周围炎发生、发展。
Objective:To analyze IL-6, NF-κB expression in oral peri-implantitis GCF of animal models. Methods:Select 5 mon-grel dogs, Each dog Immediate Implant after extraction of mandibular premolars , 3 months after extraction,Silk knot can successfully es-tablished the peri-implantitis, Contents of IL-6、NF-κB were evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before and after per-i-implantitis models were built. Results:Absorption of alveolar bone wedge after periimplantitis animal models were built;Healthy per-i-implant was detected in a very small content of IL-6, and a small content of NF-κB;peri-implantitis detected more IL-6 and NF-κB content. Conclusion:Silk knot can successfully established the peri-implantitis. IL-6, NF-κB involved in peri-implantitis develop-ment.
