循证护理在脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术治疗中的临床应用分析

Clinical Application Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing in Lienectomy and Extensive Devascularization around the Cardia

目的:探讨循证护理在脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术治疗中的临床效果。方法:对48例实施循证护理的脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术患者与之前实施整体护理模式的患者资料进行对比研究。结果:循证护理组在临床住院时间、并发症发生率以及死亡率等方面均明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施循证护理可提升护士素质,提高护理质量,明显降低脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术患者术后并发症发生率及围手术期死亡率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of evi-dence-based nursing in lienectomy and extensive devasculariza-tion around the cardia. Methods research of the differences be-tween Implementation of 48evidence-based nursing splenectomy plus cardiac peripheral vascular surgery patients from breaking and Implementation of holistic nursing mode of patients material. Re-sults Evidence-based nursing groups in clinical length of hospital, complications and mortality were significantly superior to control group,and has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing can enhance the nurs-ing quality of, improve the quality of care, decrease the postopera-tive complications of lienectomy and extensive devascularization around the cardia, and reduce the peri operation period mortality rate obviously,evidence-based nursing is worth popularizing.
