摘要
目的:探讨口腔专科医院门诊推进优质护理服务的措施和方法。方法:采取转变服务意识,改变工作方式,细化护理流程,优化护理内涵,改善激励机制等措施,严格护理质量监管与综合考核相结合的方式。结果:患者满意度明显提高,医生满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展优质护理服务是一种实效性工作方式,能够切实可行的提高护理服务质量。
Objective:To explore the measures and methods of launching quality nursing service in the outpatient department of stomatological hospital. Methods:The measures adopted were as follows: shifting service consciousness, changing the way of working, refining nursing procedures, optimizing nursing connotation and improving incentive mechanisms;the methods of rigorously enforcing nursing quality regulations and comprehensive assessment were combined. Results: Both patients' and doctors' satisfaction were improved,and there were significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusions:launching quality nursing service is an effective way of working which can improve nursing service quality in a practical way.
