摘要
利用人工气候箱调控催菇期的温度和空气相对湿度,研究了不同温度、空气相对湿度条件下杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)子实体原基的分化情况。结果表明,在不同的温、湿度条件下,杏鲍菇子实体原基的分化率达到极显著差异(P<0.01),其中,最适宜原基分化的昼/夜温度为17℃/15℃,在此条件下,原基分化率达到93.07%;最适宜原基分化的空气相对湿度为90%,在此条件下,原基分化率达到93.91%。
The primordium differentiation of Pleurotus eryngii were investigated under different temperatures and relative air humidities regulated by artificial climate incubator. Results showed that the primordium differentiation rate had significant differences(P0.01) under different temperatures and relative air humidities. The optimum temperature for primordium differentiation of P. eryngii was 17 ℃(day) / 15 ℃(night), and the primordium differentiation rate can reach up to 93.07%. The optimum relative air humidity for primordia differentiation P. eryngii was 90%, and the primordium differentiation rate can reach up to93.91%.
