摘要
通过正交试验设计方法,选择微波功率、提取次数、提取时间、料液比4个因素优化微波法提取无患子(Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn.)中皂苷的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为微波功率0档、提取次数4次、提取时间75 s、料液比1∶6。提取次数对皂苷的含量影响最大。在优化试验条件下,无患子皂苷的提取率为81.04%。
Orthogonal experiment was carried out to investigate four influential factors including the microwave power, extraction times, extraction time and the material-liquid ratio of microwave assisted extraction of saponin from soapberry(Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn.). The results showed that the optimum conditions were microwave power 0 level, extraction times 4, extraction time 75 s, the material-liquid ratio 1∶6. Extraction times significantly affect the extraction yield of saponin. The extraction yield of saponin was 81.04% under the optimal conditions.
